Kid and pet policy
In order to maintain a sense of relaxation, we ask that you kindly leave all kids and pets at home. Our property is not designed for children or pets.
No TV…. WHAT???
It is true, only our Fountain View Suite has a TV. But don’t worry; there are great activities in Sonoma to help pass the time. Read a book. Drink some wine. Go for a hike.
Room cancellation policy
Cancellations must be made no later than fourteen days prior to your scheduled arrival date to receive a credit. If booking is cancelled (including reduction of nights or change of dates) less than fourteen days before arrival date, 100% of the room will be charged if we are unable to re-book the room. There is a $20 fee for all cancellations.

For multiple-room reservations, there is a $20 fee per room for all cancellations and re-bookings, including transferring room and deposit to a new guest.

How is the Cottage Inn & Spa “Going Green?”
Being a responsible, considerate business is important to us. Our business practices are always evolving, but we never lose focus of what is important: our guests, staff, community and environment. 
 
Where possible, we use on-demand hot water heaters, AC/heater split systems and low pressure water equipment in order to reduce our utility usage.
 
Our landscaping includes several drought tolerant plants and shrubs. We hand water our entire property in order to reduce our total water usage.
 
We are proud to partner with Clean the World to find better ways to dispose of our partially used bath products. This partnership reduces our waste and provides bath products to communities that can use them.
 
Our purchasing decisions take into account guests needs and environmental impact. We focus on using products and local vendors that incorporate sustainable practices into their businesses.

Non-smoking policy
We are a non-smoking facility. We kindly ask that nobody smoke on our property.
Spa Cancellation Policy
We require a 24-hour notice for all spa cancelations. Guest will be responsible for full payment on all cancelation within 24-hours of scheduled treatment.

Repeat guest discount
Want to come back again? We are happy to extend a 10% discount to all repeat guests.

What spa treatments do you offer?

We offer various spa treatments from Swedish or deep tissue aromatherapy massage,  reflexology, body wraps, and more. For additional information, we invite you to visit our spa page.

Are there restaurants or wineries close to the Cottage Inn & Spa?
We are an easy walk away from some of Sonoma’s best food and wine. One block to the Sonoma plaza and discover amazing cuisine, shopping and wine tasting.
 
Interested in a bike ride? Pedal down the Sonoma Bike Trail (1/2 block from the inn) and visit several of Sonoma’s famous wineries.

How does the wine tasting pass work?
Free wine tasting!!!! That is right, stay at the Cottage Inn & Spa and receive a complimentary wine tasting pass valid at several Sonoma Valley wineries and tasting rooms. Wine pass is valid for the duration of your stay. Show your pass; taste for free!!! Do you offer Gift Certificates?
Absolutely!!! 
A gift certificate for your family and friends is a wonderful idea.Our Gift Certificates are available in any dolloar amount and can be used towards any nightly stay or massage treatment.
