Guest Reviews"Wonderful Bed and Breakfast. First time visiting the area and this was a treat. Great location right off the square and everything was done just right. If I ever go back to wine country, i will definitely be booking the vineyard view room again."

"So my wife and I were spending our 14th anniversary in Sonoma (where we also spent our Honeymoon). Our previous visit 4 years prior, we stayed elsewhere, but got a couples massage here and not only were the massages great, but we loved the quaintness and style of the Inn that we decided we'd stay here on this trip. We originally booked the Courtyard room, but came to find out that were we upgraded to the Studio for no additional charge as the owners felt since we were staying for 5 nights, we should have a larger space. And boy, was it!
It had it's own private outdoor patio as well as a kitchenette, cathedral ceiling with skylight and plenty of room for us. Each morning you get fresh baked goods delivered outside your door from a local shop with coffee, tea, milk, cereal and such already in the unit for a great start to the day.
It's located right off the downtown square of Sonoma so all the restaurants are in walking distance (most only a couple of minutes stroll away). Our anniversary is on July 4th and the parade goes right past the front of the Inn with lots of spectators as the town really gets into the holiday. With bikes available for rent right on the property, we went that day as a number of wineries are a short ride away.
And ALL of the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and attentive. Our masseurs were once again fantastic. And we enjoyed ourselves so much that we ended up staying a 6th night. I'm not really sure I can say anything negative about our experience and we will definitely be returning guests."
"Only stayed one and can't wait to go back. Super cute room. Great sitting area and table which was perfect. Tea, coffee, fresh fruit, cereal, milk and orange juice was provided in the room as well good pastries delivered to room via picnic basket. Gas fireplace visible from sitting room and bed was a great feature. Bed was comfy and minimized movements from partner who tosses and turns. Only complaint was the hit water in the shower took awhile to get hit."
"This is our second stay at the Cottage Inn and Spa in Sonoma and we just love it! Last year we thought the East Suite would always be our favorite, but this year, we stayed in the South Suite and we loved it even more! The staff, grounds and service are just amazing. The rooms are clean, spacious, elegantly decorated and very comfortable. The proximity to the downtown square, shops and restaurants just can't be beat. We are very much looking forward to our next trip in 2018!"

"What a pleasant surprise! We decided to drive from Seattle to San Diego and my husband surprised me with this lovely B&B. We stayed in the Chapel Suite with a cozy fireplace in full view of the jacuzzi....so romantic! We woke up to pastries in a basket hanging on the door, fridge stocked with juice, milk, water, fresh fruit and cereal for a simple breakfast in your suite. The staff was so helpful explaining which winery's to visit along the way with 2 complimentary drinks in each winery. You are in walking distance to the quaint little town in Sonoma with boutiques, food and wine. We will definitely come back and stay a little longer. So very happy we stayed here!!"

"Loved staying here! We were 4 couples celebrating some big Birthdays and we found very cute welcome signs on our doors. Every morning a basket of delicious muffins were hung on a hook outside our door. The rooms are all different but equally lovely. The staff was so friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend staying here and I would go back."

"The Cottage Inn in Sonoma had been recommended to my wife and I as an ideal place for us to celebrate our forty-fifth wedding anniversary. It did not disappoint. We enjoyed a very restful couple of days. The Inn itself blends an old world architectural style with clean, modern construction to create a pleasing ambiance. We were given an attractive, well-appointed and well air-conditioned room designed to induce relaxation from the moment we entered. A comfortable bed and an in-room Jacuzzi bath added icing to the cake. The staff could not have been nicer, treating us like royalty. We definitely intend to return."
"Nice room with in room jacuzzi and breakfast nook. Quiet continental breakfast in your room with pastry, fresh fruit and cold cereal. Friendly owner/managers. The B & B is one block from the central square. Restaurants are abundant. Sonoma is in the heart of wine country."

"Stayed here with my husband and three other couples. We stayed in the Fountain View Room. It was very spacious and had a full kitchen and parking space. Everyone was very accommodating, the room was clean and the Inn is within walking distance of town. Fresh baked goodies every morning. The location was great for visiting wineries in Sonoma and Napa. I would definitely recommend this property."

"We had the most amazing weekend at the Cottage Inn & Spa. From the moment we arrived, we were shown the room and property (thanks Kathryn!) and given tips on things to do in and around Sonoma. The pastries from Crisp Bakery and the Barking Dog Roasters coffee were delicious. We enjoyed the tasting rooms around Sonoma Plaza. Our room had 2 patios (Mission Room) and a great spa tub. We can't wait to return!"
